How VoiceSaver fits together

One cloud system connects every phone, app, and fax machine you use.

VoiceSaver Cloud PBX sits in the middle. Desk phones in the main office, a branch office, and a home office connect to it, along with the softphone app on cell phones and laptops, fax machines and analog devices through an ATA, and email inboxes that receive voicemail and faxes. Customers reach you over the regular phone network at the same numbers.

Answer every call like a larger company

An auto attendant greets callers, offers a short menu, and sends each call to the right person or recording. You choose the greeting, the options, and what happens after hours.

Menus can be as simple as "press 1 for sales" or include hours, directions, and payment by phone.

A caller dials your number and hears a greeting: press 1 for sales, 2 for billing, 3 for hours and directions, or 0 for the front desk. Each choice goes to the right person or recording. After hours, calls go to voicemail or are forwarded to a cell phone.

Choose how calls ring

Ring everyone at once so calls are answered fast, or ring phones in order so the right person gets the first chance. Mix both for different numbers or times of day.

With simultaneous ring, an incoming call rings a desk phone, cell phone, and home office at the same time, and whoever answers first takes the call. With a hunt group, the call rings the front desk first, then the back office, then the manager, until someone answers.

Voicemail and faxes in your inbox

Voicemails arrive as audio files, with optional transcription in 7 languages. Faxes arrive as PDFs you can open, save, or forward from any device.

Voicemails and incoming faxes go to VoiceSaver, which sends them to your email as attachments: an audio file for voicemail and a PDF for each fax. You can open them on a laptop or phone.

Your office phone, wherever you are

Every employee keeps their extension, caller ID, and full phone system features at home, in a co-working space, or traveling. No VPN and no complicated setup.

The VoiceSaver softphone turns an iPhone, Android phone, Windows PC, or Mac into a business phone using your business number.

The same extension and caller ID work at the office on a desk phone, at home on a desk phone or laptop, and on the road with the softphone app on a cell phone.

One system for every office

Connect two offices or twenty. Staff call each other by extension, transfer calls between branches, and share a receptionist, all managed from one admin panel.

Multi-location details

Three offices connect to one cloud phone system with one admin panel and one bill. Each office has its own range of extensions. Staff dial each other by extension across locations, and a shared receptionist can answer for every office and transfer calls to any branch.

Works with the phones and platforms you use

VoiceSaver works with standard SIP desk phones. We recommend and supply Yealink, and also support Grandstream, Cisco, and Snom. PEC Telecom is also a 3CX, Yeastar, and Microsoft partner, so if you'd rather run a 3CX or Yeastar system, or make calls from Microsoft Teams, we can help with that too.
