How it works

Your phone system lives in our secure cloud instead of a closet in your office. Every phone, app, and fax machine connects to it over the internet, and your customers keep calling the numbers they already know.

VoiceSaver Cloud PBX sits in the middle. Desk phones in the main office, a branch office, and a home office connect to it, along with the softphone app on cell phones and laptops, fax machines and analog devices through an ATA, and email inboxes that receive voicemail and faxes. Customers reach you over the regular phone network at the same numbers.

Still paying for analog phone lines?

Phone companies are retiring the copper network, and prices on the remaining lines keep going up. Fax lines, back-office lines, and lines nobody remembers ordering can quietly cost more than your whole phone system should.

A small adapter, called an ATA, moves those devices onto VoiceSaver so you can cancel the copper.

Your current service stays on until your numbers have moved.

    We review what you pay today and what each line is for.

  2. Get a written quote

    You see the monthly price and any phones or adapters before you decide.

  3. We set everything up

    Phones arrive configured. Your call menus and voicemail are ready.

  4. Your numbers move over

    We transfer your numbers, then you cancel the old service.

Four stages: the order is placed and we request the transfer from your carrier; phones are configured and tested; on transfer day your numbers move to VoiceSaver; then you cancel the old service, only after the transfer completes. Your old service stays on until transfer day, and VoiceSaver is working from setup onward.

How much does a business phone system cost?

VoiceSaver® Cloud PBX starts as low as $9.99 per month. Your exact price depends on how many people need a phone, how many phone numbers you want, and whether you need new desk phones. We send a written quote before you commit to anything. Taxes and regulatory fees may apply.

Can I keep my current phone numbers?

Yes. We port local, toll-free, and international numbers from your current carrier at no charge, so customers keep reaching you at the numbers they already know.

How long does switching take?

The phone system itself can be set up quickly. Moving your numbers depends on your current carrier and usually takes one to a few weeks. Keep your current service active until the transfer is complete so there is no gap in service; we tell you when it's safe to cancel.

Do I need to buy new phones?

Not necessarily. Your team can use the VoiceSaver softphone app on iPhone, Android, Windows, or Mac. VoiceSaver also works with standard SIP desk phones. If you want new phones, we supply Yealink phones that arrive pre-configured.

What happens if our internet or power goes out?

Cloud phones need internet and power. Calls can be forwarded to mobile phones, and the softphone app keeps working on a cell connection. A small battery backup (UPS) on your router and network switch keeps desk phones running through short power outages.
